The MLM industry doesn’t have a standardized MLM recruiting training to give thus leaving a lot of people to figure out how to do on their own.

I will talk about the importance of MLM recruiting training and how you can close the gap from poor or lack of training.

Chances are of you are a MLM recruiter you have had extensive training in sales, customer interaction and possibly even specialized recruiting training.

However, some people who are new or struggling have not had the necessary training or raw experience to be successful. This is where the gap comes from.

Recruiters will attempt to teach the same way they learned and that doesn’t work for everyone.

If you are in a place where you are struggling to recruit or make sales I suggest that you take the time to read up on regular customer interaction.

Be friendly no matter where the recruiting is taking place.

Always strive to lead with value and be transparent. What this means is that you do not try to play off that you are someone you are not. Chances are this will close more doors for you then it will open.
