E. Excel International, llc is not an easy MLM to come across. They tend to act in secrecy and are not one of the more publicized multi level marketing groups out there. They have been in business for more than ten years however and the company has more than $100 million in sales per year.

E Excel International, llc offers a very upscale product line that is packaged beautifully, and the company’s headquarters are located in Sandy, Utah.

In keeping in line with the Asian themed products the distributor’s pay scale and ranking system has adopted the same principal. Instead of being called a distributor or director or many of the titles issued in other MLM’s Excel has labeled their proprietors Masters.

There are 7 ranks available in the charts and the lowest (Rank 0) has been defined as a distributor. From there you are promoted to a higher, (Rank 0) and gain the initial rank of Master. Once a distributor obtains a, (Rank 16) then they would have earned the title of Diamond Master. They probably could have been a little more creative with the naming of the distributor ranks, but there you have it.

The pay scale is complicated. It starts out at 5% across the board for all of the ranks. This applies to all ranks and the first 4 levels of your organization. When your business achieves a 5th level then the commissions increase to 20% across the board for all ranks.

Your rank is earned or determined by the amount of masters in your down-line. For instance, if you have one master in your down-line then you have achieved the first rank, (Rank 1). If you have between 10-15 masters in your down-line then you have achieved the rank, (Rank 6) also known as the Jade Master.

Your pay scale bonus is determined by your Rank. You get paid 5% across the board for the first 4 levels; that amounts to a total of 20% commissions that are possible. Then the rank 0 is able to earn an additional 3% in contests and promo’s. As you increase in rank and grow a thick well organized business and reach level 16 or higher you can then earn commissions and bonuses that amount to as much as 63% of the total sale.

In conclusion E Excel has a very good product, but as you can tell through the possible commissions it is highly overpriced as they can afford to give more than 60% of the sale away. Many of the representatives however earn more than $5k per month and that makes it a decent paying gig. The major downside side is the product does its best in retail locations making the sale a little more difficult and the customer has to pay upfront for their display. With all of that the product line is one of the hottest in the whole food industry and the customers are long term. It is also a little harder to get your foot into this door. They don’t just take anyone. You have to have a plan on how you plan to market the product line. Once you are in you will also have a very strict policy outline that must be adhered to.

These high standards are one of the reasons that Excel is one of the fastest growing and most profitable MLM’s to join.

This kind of marketing is the best way to make money while enjoying the pleasures of staying at home. Affiliate marketing is the only business that you can begin from scratch and end up making several hundreds of dollars on a daily basis.

Is Momentis a Scam or Ponzi Scheme

In truth the answer is no and no. It is true that the business can be hard but it is legit and there is a ton of money to be made with Momentis.

The definition of a Ponzi Scheme is someone who sells a service that has no value. A great example is the Bernard Madoff scandal. This man sold fake stocks and paid his investors with other investor’s money, defrauding them from billions of dollars. Ponzi Scheme.

Momentis sells a viable product through word of mouth, hence MLM, and then reimburses their reps with a percentage of the customer’s monthly bills. This is legitimate to say the least and for some extremely profitable.

Offering a rich product line and more than 50 years of success this article will explore the changes the company has gone through to allow its continued endurance.

The Beginning

Amway was nearly halted in their tracks before it ever began to take formation as the two young partners jumped from one venture to another, never fully committing their time or resources into any semblance of what could be considered effort.

In 1949 two lifelong friends, Jay and Richard, also business partners through multiple ventures, so far including a hamburger stand and an air charter service were introduced to what would become the first multivitamin to be marketed in the United States.

Jay and Richard joined Nutrilite as two of that companies early distributors and lost interest after selling just one product. One of their sponsors convinced the partners to attend a conference in Chicago where they became newly motivated and Amway, though yet to be formed was well on its way.

Commissions were paid then as they are now through sales of the product by an individual and through the sales of that distributors down line and it didn’t take Jay and Richard very long to figure out that it was much more profitable to sell the idea versus selling the product.

By 1958 the friends had built a profitable distributorship consisting of more than 5000 individuals in their down line. Due to instabilities within the Nutrilite Corporation, Jay, Richard and a few of their top distributors formed a new company that they named The American Way Association and began searching for additional products to market.

1960 through 1964 were the major developing years for what the company is today. Having formed multiple separate corporations to handle insurance needs, acquisitions and the storage and warehousing of goods The American Way Association united all of their fronts and formed Amway Corporation.

The Expansion

As with any company that depends upon distributors to market and sell their products Amway Corporation discovered that by expanding into several markets on several continents would greatly increase their bottom line.

The first major expansion began in 1971 and Amway extended their reach to Australia. Even today, the company continues their expansion having just reached Vietnam in 2008 making that the 11^th country to have expanded to.

Not only did they expand in area they began to grow their product line as well. By 1994 Amway had fully bought out Nutrilite, the company that was responsible for Jay and Richards’s success and had acquired multiple other businesses that included organic soaps and hair products.

Making Money in the Old Days

Originally distributors or reps had to purchases the product line that they were to sell through their sponsor and many distributors even owned and maintained large warehouses with the Amway products. Then the reps would sell these products through a catalogue by several means.

Some distributors went door to door and others went business to business gathering orders. It was a long process and the work was much harder prior to the internet. One of the biggest setbacks for distributors was that they had to purchase products up front and store them until they were sold.

Amway Today

Today, products are no longer purchased through the distributors up line; they are purchased directly from the Amway website and reps no longer have to store thousands of dollars in merchandise to make a profitable venture of Amway.

Instead of a few products that range in a variety of soaps and multivitamins representatives have more than 450 products they can merchandise. In today’s Amway many of the most successful reps own viable websites that are minimal maintenance and offer an electronic catalogue for their customers to shop from.

In this business reps are referred to as (IBOs) which is an acronym for independent business owners. IBOs earn money from marking up their retail merchandise from the wholesale dollar amount and they earn performance bonuses based on the sales that both they and their sponsored IBOs have made.

In 2006 Quixtar published the IBOs compensation plan that stated on average a rep earned $115 per month. In all fairness, Amway Corporation has turned hundreds of their reps into self made millionaires. Like in any multi level marketing business a representative must put forth a diligent and consistent effort in order to be profitable

The biggest downfall in joining with Amway is the market saturation. After 50+ years of being in business nearly everyone has heard of them in some form or another.

Having a market so heavily saturated makes it very difficult to gain new business partners, those are the IBOs that would form the down line which tends to be the most profitable part of any mlm program.

One of the most well known sayings within the multi level marketing community is that it is much better to have 100 people giving 1% than having 1 person giving 100%. This directly relates to leveraging yourself.

Leveraging means having other people do as much or more than can be accomplished individually. For example: It may take John 10 hours to sell 10 candy bars. But it would only take 10 different people 1 hour to sell 10 candy bars. This way the organization can sell 100 candy bars in 10 hours versus only 10.

Multi level marketing is it’s most effective when a representative can learn to leverage their time efficiently. This is how Amway and many other mlm businesses are able to earn millions to billions and create reps who become millionaires.

I have been online for just about 3 years. It has been a difficult process for me but because I stuck around and did what I was told I was able to perfect the concepts that you will learn here.

You see I have been in traditional Network Marketing, Affiliate Programs and MLM for a long time.

I would call people and they wouldn’t answer. Show up to meeting to be stood up and sold friends and family on the next best opportunity.

But until I took action to turn the struggle around and understand what people truly want I never made enough money for it to be worth my time.

How can you be genuinely interested in the people you are talking to? Well, stop thinking about yourself and your motives.

For a lot of people this is hard to do. But once you understand that most people want to be heard and understood and not “talked at”, you can then begin building highly valuable relationships.
